Reliance UK is a division of Reliance Worldwide Corporation, a global leader in water control systems for the built environment & the world's largest manufacturer of metal push-fit plumbing products & specialist water control valves.
Their products span a wide range of applications including thermostatic controls, valves to regulate water flow and pressure, heating systems and plumbing solutions. All of these products are have applications in domestic, commercial and industrial environments.
For them to move to the next chapter of their story, they needed revamped workspaces to improve and enhance the output of their employees, putting the brand and company mission at front of mind.
Covering 4 separate sites, Oaktree prepared drawings & once the spatial exercises were signed off by RWC, 3D visuals, design mood-boards and a comprehensive specification of works with fixed costs were presented to the board for consideration.
The team at Oaktree came on board to redesign and refurbish their existing premises, creating 3D designs & visuals to provide a multifunctional known as 'The Hub' complete with employee desks, a range of formal/informal meeting rooms and an all-important kitchen & dining space.

We are delighted to say that the project was a complete success and we have been asked to return to continue to look at other areas within their site in West London.
With this planned growth, a decision was taken to systematically review their numerous premises, facilities and infra-structure with a view to upgrading them to improve and enhance output.
To achieve this, Reliance UK invited us to review their offices and to undertake a workplace audit so the Oaktree technical & design teams would be able to submit new plans and designs to illustrate how best we could assist.
