The main requirements were to re-vamp/refurbish approximately 14,000 sq ft on the Ground & First floor office areas. The works included: the re-decoration of the Boardroom, and other meeting rooms, the Kitchen/Restaurant, Breakout Area, Reception and the open plan office areas for approximately 40-60 personnel with space for future expansion. Oaktree continues to provide support to Keysight Technologies for their future requirements and other UK projects.
After a comprehensive tender stage, Oaktree Interiors successfully secured the opportunity to work with Keysight Technologies UK, a major occupier on the Winnersh Triangle Business Estate in Berkshire. Following the initial meeting with their Facilities Manager our Design Team carried out a site survey and proposed visuals & layouts to bring some new life into their current office with a fresh, modern & quirky feel, reflecting Keysight Technologies' corporate identity. Once the layout had been agreed our Contracts Team were then tasked to carry out a full site survey of the premises to check infrastructure and existing amenities.
