Our works comprised of a new M&E installation throughout, in particular with regards to new high efficient/low energy LED lighting, new office partitions, decorations, flooring and in certain places some new office furniture. The works took 10 weeks to complete, 4 weeks per phase with a short break mid-term to comply with BWT's requirements. We took care of all the Landlord notices, local authority regulations and made sure that the new office environment provided a level of future proofing for BWT's expansion plans for the next 5 years. Our designs included for a good deal of flexibility to accommodate this.
Oaktree Interiors successfully carried out an office fit-out / refurbishment project on behalf of top 200 UK law firm Boult Wade Tenant's existing Reading office at the Anchorage. Boult Wade Tenant occupied the whole ground floor which was the area refurbished and they also occupied half of the first floor which was the space designated for a new fit-out.
