Taking place on the second floor, we are going to be fitting out over 7,000 sq ft of space to transform it into a bespoke environment that is geared towards improving all aspects of the working experience.

Attaining the project

Seeking to relocate from their existing space at West Forest Gate in Wokingham, Perforce took advantage of their expiring lease to search for a better, alternative space in the local area. After successful negotiations, they secured the new space at The Capitol Building and immediately sought office design professionals to suggest ideas of how they could get the most from their new space.

Our team met with them at their new office, carrying out a site survey and to discuss their ideas and potential future expansion. We then created a design proposal, which included a fully-costed breakdown of the project, an in-depth analysis of each aspect of the design and 2-D/3-D representations of what the finished project will look like.
