Office Fit Out London – G R Wright & Sons Ltd.

Oaktree Interiors have recently been appointed to undertake the office fit-out project for G R Wright & Sons Ltd. new office facility in the three-storey office building. Their new facility is adjacent to the companies' new flour mill and warehouse, currently under construction at their new location at The Pinnacles, Elizabeth Way in Harlow, Essex.

The three floors of office accommodation will under-go a complete rip-out of existing infrastructure, which will then be re-fitted with new offices, meeting rooms, break out spaces, reception, staff changing facilities, cloakrooms, toilets and canteen.

Our team have worked closely with the management team of G R Wright & Sons Ltd. Initially taking a brief of the companies' requirements for the new space and getting to understand how the space will be used, whilst taking into consideration both the current and future needs of the business.

The project will be phased, to allow the offices to be accommodated during the summer of 2020 and provide cloakroom and canteen facilities as soon as the adjacent new mill becomes operational. One floor will be utilised as a site office and base for the specialist contractors that who will still be on site to build and commission the new mill. This floor will be the last area to be refurbished once the mill goes live.

As part of the overall project, the Oaktree Interiors team have also been appointed to undertake the following infrastructure work:

• Complete rip-out of all current M&E infrastructure.
• Complete new heating and ventilation systems.
• New electrical and data provisions across all floors.
• Full external building clean.

We will be commencing work on site in early June, with work expected to take up to 14 weeks to complete, which takes in to account the project phasing and working within our newly adopted working regimes, allowing for the project to be COVID-19 safe throughout the project duration.
