The team at Oaktree are very excited to announce that we recently finished an office fit out in Milton Keynes for Precision Sim, who create custom controls for sim racers around the world. They have worked with professional racing drivers, sim centres and manufacturers, including custom orders from Formula One drivers and collaborations with championship-winning sim racing teams. Precision Sim are working towards making virtual racing feel more realistic.
Precision Sim moved to a new light industrial unit in Milton Keynes, with the intention of converting the space in to a functional office/engineering workshop to aid with the expansion of their business.
The works involved planning and liaison with the landlord, and their surveyor, to make sure our proposals conformed with their strict requirements and planning covenants. Once this process was completed, a new mezzanine floor was installed to facilitate the fit-out of the office space and engineering workshop.
We installed new HVAC, life safety systems, and lighting, with all fixtures and fittings supplied in between. Furthermore, a bespoke power layout and lighting control system was designed and installed to meet the client's needs.
In addition, the management of a specialist contractor for the workshop equipment was completed, resulting in a very detailed and sharp installation for the client.
Oaktree Interiors managed all aspects of the build, right from conceptual design to ensuring that full building regulations were being achieved. We ensured that the client received the bespoke install that they needed and took lots of care whilst doing so.
We are so happy with how the project looks and the client was delighted with our management of the entire process and seeing their office design idea come to life!
