We worked tirelessly on providing all necessary infrastructure, mechanical and electrical equipment, sprinklers, and fire alarms so that the floor plan could accommodate either single or dual tenancy. To really make it shine we added new furniture, carpets and decorations into the mix as well.

Our hard design and build work paid off when a tenant for this space was found even before completing all our works! They had been searching for something special like this one – spacious yet welcoming - and had finally found what they desired at our client's Holborn offices. It was truly an impressive accomplishment from start-to-finish, thanks to everyone's commitment throughout the process.
