We are delighted to announce that following a successful fit out of their Reading office, Robert Half International have once again turned to us to create them a bespoke work environment. Taking place on a new floor in the vibrant business community of Whitefriars, their new office design in Bristol will be designed to heighten productivity, offer increased comfort to staff and visitors alike and abide by the company's own ethics and branding.
After receiving some fantastic feedback from the previous office design in Reading, Robert Half invited us to view the alternative floors within the Whitefriars building, located off the A38 in the Lewins Mead area of the city.
They have occupied their current space in the building for well over a decade now and their main aim with this office design in Bristol project was to ultimately bring their office environment more in-line with what their Reading design offers. With another floor being available in the same building, the company were open to a possible relocation.
With the current and new spaces differing in size, we provided various space plans and budget fit-out proposals in order to help them to reach a more informed decision on which path to take. Based on these, as well as our expert advice, Robert Half chose to proceed with the move to the new floor, consisting of 5,141 sqft of space.
As such, they are now able to cater for 60 staff members, with focus being placed on the creation of new meeting,interview and training rooms, along with a new boardroom, breakout area and an IT server room. We're also going to be installing new office furniture, along with a new ceiling grid/tiles, LED lighting and AC adjustments.
We are set to commence works on site soon and are looking forward to working closely with Robert Half International once again to achieve their ideal office fit out.
Aside from our innovative design work and vast experience of creating bespoke offices, one of the other reasons as to why we were given the previous Reading office refurbishment project by Robert Half was due to our well-researched approach and design plan. Clear in its aims, it contained everything they needed from their tailored office design.
