A recent office design and build project we were delighted to be involved with, was to create a new showroom facility for Boultbee Brooks, a family-owned real estate company wishing to open a new location in Bracknell. Led by Clive Boultbee Brooks, the company have an impressive record in property development throughout the last 3 decades, transacting over £5bn in the UK and Europe.

With significant funding available, this helps the company to progress their transactions quickly; giving them the opportunity to constantly start work on new and exciting projects. Whilst many of their investments are done independently, the company retain an interest in developing existing partnerships (and creating new ones) with financial institutions, funds, property companies and high net worth individuals.

Due to the nature of their work, their in-house professional team were seeking a better-defined space in order to deliver their powerful combination of swift decision-making, expert knowledge and high professional standard to meet the needs of their clients. Being a leading office refurbishment company in Berkshire, we were only too happy to help.

Our office design solution

Located on the Southern Industrial Estate, the new building formed part of the company’s marketing strategy, with the showroom design allowing for prospective tenants to set up various different elements that they may wish to include in their own future fit out projects.

Aside from the showroom, we also installed a tea-point and a break-out area to allow employees to relax, refresh and chat away from the busy work arena; bringing some inspiration and rapport to their working day. We also created an informal open plan meeting/collaboration space, complete with open plan-style bench desks to provide them with the comfort and flexibility they need to perform their duties.

We were delighted to hear that Boultbee Brooks were very happy with their new office refurbishment and showroom space; positive feedback that will help us to strive forward to complete more great projects in the future.
