Involving a complete re-shaping of the existing shell and core, the company has recognised the need for their workplace to provide a comfortable and functional environment for their employees, helping them to achieve the targets set out by the business. Further helping this, as well as to set that professional, unique look that all forward-thinking businesses should portray, is the bestowing of company branding throughout the design. With its focus placed on event sourcing, registration, marketing, logistics, engagement, mobile and data, the software solution provided by etouches has been able to serve customers in corporations, agencies, educational establishments and associations around the world. Headquartered from Norwalk, Connecticut in the North-eastern United States, the company has a second domestic office in Florida, as well as an additional five global offices in the UK, Belgium, Australia, UAE and Singapore.

After establishing that they were approaching the expiry of their least at their existing office in Reading, etouches immediately started to search for alternative locations throughout the local area. Building up a shortlist, we at Oaktree accompanied them throughout their search, in order to provide our knowledge and expert opinion on some of the familiar buildings that we've worked on. We also advised them on which of these buildings was best suited to future expansion and which provided the best value-for-money when it came to their budget for the resulting office fit out. Once the company decided on the perfect location (based on our advice), we undertook a full survey of the premises and provided them with space plans and an indicative proposal for their new office interiors.
etouches' new office fit out in Reading town centre will consist of a complete redesign and build of their 3,500sqft office space, with emphasises placed on incorporating the company's corporate branding and image throughout. The project will consist of:
We will also be introducing a mixture of various flooring throughout the different parts of the office – as well as new office furniture and storage solutions. A mixture of solid/glass wall partitions will be used for the training and meeting rooms, as well as the offices. To finish, brand-new lighting, mechanical and electrical infrastructure will be installed throughout – ensuring that the company is able to hit the ground running as soon as they move into their own functional, office fit out in Reading. The work will start presently, with a completion date set for mid-December.
